Terms of Use
Acceptance of these Terms
By using NepalMobilePrice.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
These terms apply to all visitors and all uses of the website, including reading phone pages, viewing prices, checking price history, comparing phones, and reading guides.
What NepalMobilePrice.com does
NepalMobilePrice.com is an independent website focused on mobile phones and mobile phone prices in Nepal. The goal is to help visitors research phones and make more informed purchasing decisions by providing phone information, specifications, recorded prices, comparisons, price changes, and buying guides.
NepalMobilePrice.com is an information website. We do not sell phones on this website.
Using the website
You may use NepalMobilePrice.com for personal research and learning, such as comparing phones, checking recorded prices, and reading guides.
Please use the website responsibly. This means you must not:
- Try to break, disable, overload, or interfere with the website.
- Try to access parts of the website or systems you are not meant to access.
- Use automated tools in a way that creates excessive load or disrupts normal access for others.
- Copy and republish large parts of our original content without permission.
- Use the website in a way that is unlawful or that violates someone else’s rights.
Information on the website
The website includes different kinds of information, and it helps to understand what each one means:
- Phone pages: product details and specifications intended for research.
- Prices: recorded price information collected from manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other relevant product sources.
- Price history and price changes: past records captured at specific times, not a guarantee of what is available now.
- Guides: editorial content to explain phones, features, and buying considerations.
We work to keep the website useful and clear, but the information is for reference. It should not be treated as a guarantee that a phone is in stock, that a specific price is available, or that any listing is current.
Mobile phone prices and availability
NepalMobilePrice.com may show retailer prices, starting prices, comparisons, price drops, historical prices, and “last checked” information. Prices and availability can change quickly, sometimes on the same day.
Prices are recorded information
Prices shown on NepalMobilePrice.com are recorded information based on what was available to us at the time we checked a source. A retailer may change its price, stock status, promotion, warranty terms, or other conditions after we record it.
Because of that, the price you see on NepalMobilePrice.com may not match the current price on the retailer’s page when you visit it.
What “Starting Price” means
If we show a “Starting Price”, it is calculated from tracked price information available to us at that time. It is not a guaranteed price available to every visitor, and it may not reflect every retailer, every variant, or every condition (for example, limited-time promotions or location-based stock).
What you should confirm before purchasing
Before you buy a phone, you should confirm the current details directly with the retailer or seller, including the final price, availability, exact variant, warranty terms, return policy, and any other conditions that matter to you.
Phone specifications and product details
NepalMobilePrice.com has a Phone section with individual phone pages. These pages may include details such as brand, model name, model number, release date, availability status, and specifications like display, chipset, RAM, storage, cameras, battery, charging, operating system, connectivity, dimensions, weight, and colors.
Specifications and product information are provided for research purposes. Manufacturers may change specifications, configurations, software, colors, packaging, or availability over time. In some cases, the same phone name can refer to different variants.
We do not claim that every specification has been independently verified. If a specific detail is important for your purchase, confirm it with the manufacturer or retailer before you buy.
Price tracking, price history, and price drops
The website includes a price tracking system. Price information may be collected from manufacturer, distributor, retailer, and other relevant product sources. A tracked record may include details like phone model, variant, RAM, storage, color, retailer, price, MRP where available, availability, warranty information where available, the source page, and the date and time the price was recorded.
What price history means
Historical prices represent prices recorded by NepalMobilePrice.com at particular points in time. A historical price is not necessarily the current price, and it is not a promise that the same price will be available again.
What a price drop means
If the website displays a price drop, it is based on a comparison between recorded prices. It does not necessarily mean a retailer has officially announced a sale, and it does not guarantee the lower price is still available.
Guides and editorial content
NepalMobilePrice.com publishes guides about mobile phone buying, prices in Nepal, specifications, comparisons, mobile technology, and warranty and buying considerations.
Guides are for general information. They are written to help readers understand options and trade-offs, but they are not a guarantee that a particular phone is the best choice for every person. Always consider your own budget, needs, and preferences, and confirm key details before purchasing.
Retailers and purchases
NepalMobilePrice.com is not the seller of the phones listed on the website. Unless specifically stated otherwise, any purchase is made directly between you and the relevant retailer or seller.
NepalMobilePrice.com is not responsible for problems related to retailer transactions, including:
- a retailer changing a price or listing details
- a product becoming unavailable
- an order being cancelled by a retailer
- delivery delays
- payment problems
- product defects
- warranty disputes
- returns or refunds
- customer service disputes
- differences between our recorded information and a retailer’s current listing
If you have an issue with an order or a retailer listing, you should contact the retailer or seller directly.
